suspects.app is a public-records aggregator. It indexes news coverage of wanted or at-large suspects and tags it by location. The site does not investigate, adjudicate, or originate claims — it links to content already in the public record.

By posting on suspects.app you agree:

1. You submit links to publicly accessible content. You do not originate allegations here.
2. You will not post defamation, doxxing, or threats.
3. You frame all subjects as persons of interest, not adjudicated suspects.
4. Your IP and submission metadata may be retained for moderation and law-enforcement requests.
5. The site operates a takedown process for unfounded user submissions (e.g. social-media rants, uncited forum posts). Soft-deleted content is removed from public view; an audit record is retained for 90 days.
6. The "verified" stamp describes the credibility of the source (a recognized news outlet), not the truth of any claim in the linked article. Subjects of linked coverage remain presumed innocent until convicted.
7. The site is provided as-is. The operators are not responsible for user-submitted content or the accuracy thereof. Disputes over the contents of linked news articles are between the reader and the original publisher.
