Among those identified is David Rivera-Mendez, a Hispanic male born in 1986, who is wanted on serious charges including assault with intent to murder, first-degree criminal sexual conduct, and first-degree home invasion. Other individuals on the list include Linell Barker Jr., a Black male born in 1981, facing a felony warrant for probation violation related to leaving the Kalamazoo County Probation and Parole (KPEP) program without permission; and William Alfred Barry, a Black male born in 1972, wanted for a felony warrant regarding probation violation and failure to complete a program, with an original charge of burglary of a building with intent. The list also features Vernell Marie Bynum, a female born in 1978, who faces multiple bench warrants for failure to appear and a misdemeanor for interfering with police. Other suspects include Stephanie Waynette Daniels, William Franklin Dougherty, Michael Dewayne Fry Jr., Robert Monte Henry, Dexton Demir McConico, Faryn Lee Rynd, Tara Lyn Smith, Rusty William Telford, Judith Ann Williams, and Patrick Wayne Yoder. These individuals are wanted for various offenses ranging from probation violations and failure to report to probation agents to original charges involving controlled substances, larceny, and operating under the influence. The Silent Observer Program encourages the public to remain vigilant and provides a mechanism for anonymous tips. Residents with information regarding the whereabouts of these suspects are urged to contact the program directly. Information leading to an arrest may result in a reward of up to $1,000.
