The incident occurred on May 20 at approximately 8:30 a.m., when the suspect approached a female victim and forcibly grabbed her wallet from her hand. Following the theft, the individual fled the scene on foot and was subsequently observed entering a silver Nissan Frontier, which then traveled north on Kaili Street. Authorities have recovered surveillance images of the individual and are urging the public to assist in identifying him. The suspect is described as being between 5 feet 8 inches and 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 160 to 180 pounds, and believed to be in his 20s or 30s. The investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement is seeking information from the community to locate the suspect.
