A suspect remains at large following a high-speed police chase involving a stolen Ford truck in Franklin, Ohio. The incident began just after 4 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, in Clearcreek Township near Woodgrove Drive, where investigators reported two juveniles were breaking into vehicles. When officers arrived on the scene, they observed a Ford truck and a white SUV departing the area. Upon initiating a follow, police determined the truck was a recently stolen vehicle. The driver accelerated, leading officers on a chase that entered the city limits near Interstate 75. A Franklin Police officer assisted in pursuing the vehicle, which was captured on newly released dash camera footage. The chase continued along I-75 until the truck exited at State Route 725, where it struck a concrete median and sustained tire damage. Two individuals exited the vehicle and fled into a wooded area near a Best Buy on Mall Woods Road. While authorities successfully located and apprehended the juvenile passenger, the driver evaded capture despite searches by multiple departments, drone teams, and K-9 units.
