Valley Crime Stoppers has increased the reward to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of a suspect wanted in connection with a homicide in Fresno, California. The Fresno Police Department confirmed the reward increase on July 2, 2026, for details regarding the fatal stabbing of Aubrey Galloway. The incident occurred on February 24, 2026, at approximately 12:32 p.m. when officers from the Southwest Policing District responded to a home near the intersection of Hedges and Wheeler avenues. Upon arrival, officers discovered Galloway, 41, unresponsive with multiple stab wounds to his upper body. Emergency medical personnel provided aid, and Galloway was transported to Community Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 1:13 p.m. Detectives determined that Galloway had been involved in an argument with his roommate, London Smith, 45. During the dispute, Smith allegedly stabbed Galloway multiple times before fleeing the residence. Smith remains at large, and a murder warrant has been issued for his arrest.
