At least two suspects crashed a stolen SUV into the Pure Cannabis Outlet on South Dixie Highway around 1:04 a.m. Sunday, May 11, 2026. Witnesses reported seeing individuals fleeing the scene before escaping in another vehicle. Officers arrived to find the SUV partially inside the store as fires were extinguished by sprinklers. The SUV was reported stolen from the Detroit area, and evidence was recovered at the scene by a canine unit. The investigation remains active, with no arrests reported.
