The attack occurred on the evening of July 5, 2026, at approximately 9:23 p.m. at 1981 Joseph E. Boone Blvd NW in Atlanta. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was subsequently transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. Preliminary investigations suggest the shooting was the result of a verbal altercation. The suspect is described as wearing a white tank top, dark-colored jeans, and a distinctive brown-hooded sweater featuring the words “Casino Life” on the back and rhinestones on the hood. After the incident, the suspect was last seen running along Joseph E. Boone Blvd NW. Investigators have released photos and videos of the individual to the public to aid in identification. The Atlanta Police Department is urging anyone with information regarding the suspect’s whereabouts to contact Crime Stoppers. Tips can be submitted anonymously, and individuals are not required to provide their name or identifying information to be eligible for a reward. A reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information that leads directly to the arrest and indictment of the suspect.
