Rodger D. Powell, 51, a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for allegedly using a forged credit or debit card. Last known to reside in the 500 block of Broadway in Quincy, Illinois, Powell remains at large as of May 12, 2026. Authorities describe him as 5’11” tall and 150 pounds. The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers has designated Powell as this week’s fugitive of the week.
