The Goodlettsville Police Department is actively searching for Jordan Termaine Barbee, a 30-year-old Black male described as standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing approximately 230 pounds. Barbee is considered armed and dangerous and is wanted in connection with a high-speed pursuit and officer-involved crashes that occurred early Friday morning, July 13, 2026. The incident began around 12:29 a.m. when officers received a license plate reader alert for a stolen 2009 black Jaguar XF with Tennessee tag 048BLZC, which had been reported stolen from Robertson County on July 7. Upon locating the vehicle at an apartment complex off Alta Loma Road, officers attempted a traffic stop. Investigators state that Barbee intentionally rammed a Goodlettsville patrol vehicle before fleeing the scene. During the subsequent pursuit south on Alta Loma Road toward Dry Creek Road, two additional Goodlettsville officers were involved in a separate crash while attempting to apprehend the suspect. Both officers were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police believe a Glock 23 handgun may have been present in the stolen vehicle, reinforcing the assessment that Barbee is armed and dangerous. He faces multiple warrants, including charges related to the alleged assault of a law enforcement officer and other offenses connected to the incident. Barbee also has active warrants from Robertson and Montgomery counties. The Goodlettsville Police Department urges the public not to approach Barbee if spotted.
