Authorities in Habersham County, Georgia, are urging residents to remain vigilant regarding the whereabouts of Isabelle Rose Johnson, a 38-year-old woman currently wanted in connection with a murder investigation in Florida. Johnson is sought by the Walton County Sheriff’s Office in Florida following the discovery of human remains buried in a shallow grave on a property off Sunset Lane in Freeport, Florida. Investigators have identified the victim as Jason Coulthart. While the incident occurred in Florida, Johnson is believed to be hiding in north Georgia, specifically within Habersham County, where she has been known to frequent. She also has ties to Walton and Okaloosa counties in Florida, as well as areas in Georgia and lower Alabama. Johnson is described as five feet three inches tall and weighing approximately 120 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Investigators caution that she may have recently cut her hair and altered its color to evade detection. She is known to use multiple aliases, including Harley, Jessica Elaine Bowman, Jessica Elaine Thrush, Jessica Elaine Thrash, Jessica Dowdy, and possibly Denise. Physical identifiers include a floral tattoo on her left hand near the thumb and forefinger, and another tattoo on her right ankle. Authorities consider Johnson dangerous and advise the public not to approach her under any circumstances. Investigators believe she travels frequently and may manipulate individuals into providing transportation, money, or assistance by fabricating stories of domestic violence or hardship. Chief Deputy Dustin Cosson of the Walton County Sheriff’s Office emphasized that the agency is conducting targeted enforcement to locate Johnson and identify any accomplices who may be aiding her.
