Picou, a Black male born on July 24, 2006, is considered at large and has not yet been taken into custody. According to police reports, the underlying incident occurred on June 29, 2026, in the 1200 block of Poydras Street in New Orleans. During this event, an auto burglary took place, resulting in the theft of the victim's credit and debit cards. Investigators determined that these financial instruments were subsequently used fraudulently. Through their investigation, detectives identified Picou as the individual responsible for these crimes and secured a warrant for his arrest.
