The Walton County Sheriff’s Office in Florida is actively seeking Isabell Rose Johnson, a 38-year-old white female, who is wanted in connection with the murder of Jason Coulthart. Johnson is considered dangerous and is currently at large, actively evading law enforcement. The investigation began after the remains of 43-year-old Coulthart were discovered in a shallow grave in Freeport, Florida, on June 25, 2026. Authorities have charged five other individuals with accessory after the fact in relation to the homicide. Johnson is known to have significant ties to northeast Georgia, with frequent visits to Athens, Newnan, and Habersham and Harris counties, raising concerns that she may flee across state lines. Law enforcement describes her as approximately 5-foot-3 and 120 pounds. Investigators warn that she may have altered her appearance by cutting her hair short and dyeing it to disguise her identity. Additionally, she is believed to have a floral tattoo on her left hand near the thumb and often uses numerous aliases. The sheriff’s office notes that Johnson may attempt to gain assistance by playing on the sympathy of others. To assist in the capture of the suspect, the Walton County Sheriff’s Office has posted a wanted poster on its Facebook page offering an $11,000 reward for information leading to her arrest. Authorities urge anyone with knowledge of her location to come forward immediately.
