Toms River police are seeking a suspect linked to a fraud case involving a local resident’s debit card. The suspect, described as a white male aged 18-21 with a bowl-cut hairstyle and thin build, is wanted for allegedly using the card at an ATM in Upper Montclair on April 18 and later at Menlo Park Mall. Authorities have released photos and video to aid identification. Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office urges residents to verify bank-related calls by contacting institutions directly.
