According to the PSP, the suspect successfully withdrew $4,200 from a victim's account at an M&T Bank branch located on West Main Street in Middletown, Delaware. Following this successful transaction, the suspect attempted to withdraw an additional $3,800 at a different M&T Bank location situated on Blenheim Farm Lane in Havre de Grace, Maryland. This second transaction was denied by bank staff, preventing further loss.
