Authorities in Georgia and Florida are intensifying their search for 38-year-old Isabelle Rose Johnson, who is wanted in connection with the murder of 43-year-old Jason Coulthart. The suspect is described by the Walton County Sheriff’s Office as a dangerous individual and a master manipulator who may be using disguises and false identities to evade capture. Coulthart’s remains were discovered in a shallow grave on a property in Freeport, Florida. While Johnson remains at large, five other individuals have already been charged with accessory after the fact in the homicide. Johnson is believed to have strong ties to Florida’s Okaloosa and Walton counties, as well as Georgia’s Clarke, Carroll, and Harris counties, the city of Newnan, and parts of lower Alabama. She is described as approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds. Although she typically has longer brown hair, investigators warn she may have cut it short and dyed it to alter her appearance. She is known to use multiple aliases, including Harley, Jessica Elaine Bowman, Jessica Elaine Thrush, Jessica Elaine Thrash, Jessica Dowdy, and possibly Denise. Physical identifiers include a floral tattoo on her left hand near the thumb and another on her right ankle. The U.S. Marshals Task Force has increased the reward to $5,000 for information leading to her arrest, which is in addition to an $11,000 reward offered jointly by Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers and the Florida Sheriffs Association Criminal Apprehension Assistance Program.
