Authorities report that the suspects fired upon four victims from a moving vehicle, resulting in the deaths of three individuals and leaving one person critically injured. The victims identified at the scene included 19-year-old Ryan Evans, 21-year-old Wahkee Tabron, a 36-year-old man, and a 37-year-old woman. While Evans and Tabron died from their injuries at the hospital, the 37-year-old woman succumbed to her wounds on May 4, 2026, bringing the total death toll to three. Surveillance footage captured a gray Honda CRV with Florida license plate QVHX48 driving onto the street, where occupants opened fire before fleeing north onto Adams Street. The vehicle was previously reported stolen in Philadelphia on March 4, 2026, and was recovered in Chester, Pennsylvania, on March 26, 2026. The FBI’s Baltimore Field Office has issued a public request for assistance, offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects.
