Miller faces three charges, including threats to bomb, possession of hoax explosive devices, and terrorism-related offenses. Authorities reported the Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office had previously designated Miller as a wanted individual prior to the May 5 incident. Emergency responders evacuated the area while the Virginia State Police Bomb Unit determined the package to be non-explosive. The roadway has since reopened, and the investigation remains active.
