He emphasized that the Washington County Sheriff’s Office is committing every available investigative resource to the case, including the major crimes unit, which is continuing the investigation. The sheriff stated that they will pursue every lead and utilize every appropriate investigative tool in collaboration with law enforcement partners until the person responsible is identified, apprehended, and brought before the court.
