Federal authorities continue to search for Tamera Renee Williams, a 46-year-old Michigan resident and trained phlebotomist, who is accused of the brutal murder and dismemberment of her boyfriend, David Carter. Williams, who stands 5-foot-5 and has a large rose tattoo on her left shoulder, is alleged to have fatally shot Carter in 2018 before dismembering his body and discarding the remains along Interstate 75 near Hancock, Ohio. The incident occurred in September 2018, and a felony arrest warrant was issued three months later on charges including first-degree homicide, disinterring a dead body, and tampering with evidence. Williams was added to the U.S. Marshals Service 15 Most Wanted Fugitives list in 2023 and remains at large. She is also known to be involved with the Order of the Eastern Star, a Freemason organization. U.S. Marshals Director Ronald L.
