Braswell, a Black female born on February 25, 1992, is the subject of an active arrest warrant filed by investigators. The alleged criminal activity centers on the theft of a victim's cellular phone, which was taken via pickpocketing while the victim was walking along the 700 block of Bourbon Street in New Orleans on July 16, 2026. Following the theft, investigators allege that Braswell sold the stolen device later that same day at a business located in the 4000 block of Behrman Place. The New Orleans Police Department emphasizes that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding Braswell's whereabouts or involvement in this incident to come forward.
