A 19-year-old transgender woman was fatally attacked in a laundry room at Nordheim Court, an off-campus University of Washington housing complex in Seattle, on Sunday night. The Seattle Police Department is actively searching for a suspect described as a man aged 25-30 with black hair, a beard, and a slim build, approximately 5'5" tall. He was last seen wearing a button-up shirt under a dark blue vest and blue jeans. The victim’s identity has not been publicly released.
