Described as 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds, Ryan is known to lead a transient lifestyle, frequently staying at shelters across New York and traveling by train. Investigators have noted that he is known to frequent the Plattsburgh area in Clinton County, prompting coordination with rail transportation partners.
