According to police reports, the incident involved the theft of a victim's cellular phone and bank cards. Investigators determined that Sauceda subsequently utilized the stolen financial information to execute a fraudulent Zelle transaction. Authorities believe Sauceda may be driving a 2009 Chevrolet SUV with Texas license plate SWW6609.
