The suspect is described as armed and dangerous and is last known to be in the vicinity of Greenville Turnpike. He was reportedly wearing a black T-shirt and black sweatpants at the time. Authorities are also looking for a 2016 gray Toyota Prius with New York license plate HNH-7671, which is believed to be driven by Ryan. Thomas David Ryan has a significant criminal history, including seven prior arrests in New York City, and is currently on probation until April 2028. His sister, Stephanie Coiro, stated that the suspect has severe mental illness, specifically schizophrenia, and had been off his medication, which she believes contributed to the violence.
