Authorities state that the victim, a woman, had stepped outside her apartment building to dispose of trash when she was approached by a male suspect who allegedly snatched her cellphone. The suspect is described as being between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 7 inches tall. At the time of the crime, he was reportedly wearing a gray jacket, a white T-shirt, a white belt, light blue ripped jeans, and a blue-and-white bandana. Investigators have released an image of the suspect to help the public identify him, as his identity remains unknown.
