Tulsa Police are actively searching for an armed and dangerous 16-year-old suspect following a shooting incident that left four teenagers injured in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The incident occurred early Friday morning, around 2:33 a.m., near the intersection of Pine Street and North Sheridan Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered four victims suffering from gunshot wounds: an 18-year-old female, a 17-year-old male, a 16-year-old male, and a 15-year-old female. All four victims were transported to a local hospital and are expected to survive their injuries. According to investigators, the shooting was the result of a confrontation stemming from an alleged burglary that took place earlier in the night. Police report that one of the victims recorded the suspect breaking into his home and stealing items. The victim and a group of friends then went to confront the suspect, who resides nearby. When the groups met in the street, the suspect allegedly pulled out a handgun and fired multiple rounds, striking all four teenagers before fleeing the scene with the weapon. The Tulsa Police Crime Scene Unit recovered more than a dozen shell casings from the roadway. Additionally, investigators served a search warrant at the suspect’s home on Friday morning and recovered four firearms, though police stated none of these weapons are believed to be the one used in the shooting. The 16-year-old suspect remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous. Police have not released the suspect’s name.
