Two men are wanted by police after allegedly stealing a 68-year-old woman's purse containing $5,000 inside Joe's Pizzeria in Cypress Hills, New York, on May 4. Authorities report the woman entered the pizzeria at 1121 Liberty Ave. shortly after withdrawing cash from a nearby bank. She temporarily handed her purse to a 68-year-old acquaintance inside the shop. Moments later, the suspects entered and argued with the man before forcibly taking the purse. The men fled northbound toward Lincoln Avenue. No injuries were reported. Descriptions include one suspect wearing all black with a red Target shopping bag, and another in a black hat, blue surgical mask, light blue jeans, black sneakers, and a black jacket.
