The Federal Bureau of Investigation has added 46-year-old Gregory Henderson Jr. to its Ten Most Wanted list, citing significant ties to Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky. Henderson is wanted for his alleged leadership of a violent, neighborhood-based gang in Indianapolis, Indiana, which is affiliated with the Gangster Disciples and maintains distribution ties to the Sinaloa Cartel. Authorities allege that Henderson played a central role in the distribution of multiple illegal substances, including cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine, across the Indianapolis community and the broader Midwest region. In addition to drug trafficking charges, Henderson is accused of orchestrating a dog fighting criminal enterprise that resulted in severe abuse and the deaths of several dogs. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Henderson on September 17, 2025, charging him with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, conspiracy to launder monetary instruments, and conspiracy to engage in an animal fighting venture. The FBI describes Henderson as weighing between 160 and 220 pounds, standing between 6 feet 1 inch and 6 feet 2 inches tall, with brown eyes. He may use aliases such as Grego, Whitey, Corree Williams, and Gregory Darnell Henderson Jr. Beyond Kentucky, the FBI notes Henderson has connections to Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Dayton in Ohio, Chicago in Illinois, and Detroit in Michigan.
