The alleged crime occurred on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 5, 2026. According to police reports, a 65-year-old female victim was riding a Queens-bound R train when she was approached by an unidentified man. As the train was approaching the Queens Plaza subway station, the suspect allegedly exposed himself to the victim. The individual performed a lewd act before exiting the train at Queens Plaza and fleeing the scene in an unknown direction. The victim was not physically injured during the encounter.

The NYPD has released surveillance images of the suspect and provided a physical description to aid in his identification. He is described as having a medium complexion and a dark goatee.
