The Shreveport Police Department is actively searching for Jametrius Davis, a man wanted in connection with a violent domestic abuse investigation. The incident occurred in July on Beckham Drive in Shreveport, Louisiana. According to police reports, officers were initially called to the residence after the victim reported that Davis had assaulted her in the presence of their two children, both under the age of 13. During this first encounter, officers observed visible injuries on the victim. Approximately one hour later, law enforcement returned to the same location after Davis allegedly returned to the home and attacked the victim a second time. This subsequent assault resulted in significant injuries, including a chipped tooth, a bleeding nose, a black eye, and a large hematoma on her forehead. Investigators confirmed that both children witnessed both assaults. Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants charging Davis with two counts of Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment and one count of Domestic Abuse Battery with Serious Bodily Injury. The Shreveport Police Department is urging the public to assist in locating Davis.
