During the check, investigators discovered blood at the scene. The situation escalated into a homicide case after human remains were subsequently found buried in the backyard of the home in Litchfield Park. Authorities have confirmed that the remains belong to Hector and Larissa Flores. According to the U.S. Marshals Service, Flores Semyonov is alleged to have murdered his parents, concealed their remains, and subsequently fled the United States. The suspect is believed to have left the country before authorities discovered the bodies. Avondale police requested federal assistance last Friday, leading the U.S. Marshals Service to secure a federal arrest warrant charging Flores Semyonov with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. The U.S. Marshals Service is now leading the fugitive search operation, while Avondale police remain the lead agency for the criminal investigation. The FBI is also providing assistance, and investigators have processed three vehicles believed to be connected to the case. Authorities have not yet disclosed the suspect's current location.
