Authorities are actively searching for a trio of suspects alleged to have committed a series of tomb-raiding incidents across at least nine states, including New York, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Texas, Georgia, Iowa, and North Carolina. The suspects, identified as Porsche Bancroft, 32, her mother Angela Garrett, 52, and Bancroft’s boyfriend Drake Lee Milam, 33, are originally from Indianapolis. They are currently at large and have warrants issued for their arrest. According to Corporal Cole Brazee of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in Florida, the group traveled across the eastern half of the United States, breaking into niches and mausoleums to steal family heirlooms and other valuables. Detectives are currently investigating 20 cases within Florida and believe the number of incidents may be significantly higher. Authorities warn that many victims may not yet be aware their property was stolen. The suspects are wanted for extradition back to Florida to face charges related to these crimes. The Central Florida Crimeline is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest. Investigators urge the public, particularly those who have visited cemeteries in the affected states, to verify that valuables placed in niches or mausoleums remain intact. The investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement continues to seek the public's assistance in locating the trio.
