The chase concluded near the Highway 30 and Lisbon Boulevard exit ramp, where officers from the Mount Vernon Lisbon Police Department successfully deployed spike strips to disable the vehicle. Although the suspect’s vehicle crashed, the individual managed to exit the car and flee the scene on foot. As of the latest reports, the suspect has not been located.
