According to police reports, First District officers responded to the scene where three suspects approached an adult male victim. During the encounter, one suspect placed the victim in a chokehold while another brandished a knife and demanded the victim's property. When the victim refused to comply, the suspects assaulted him, stole his belongings, and fled the scene on foot.
