Hodges is wanted for allegedly violating the terms of his federal supervised release. The warrant stems from a 2018 federal conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm, for which he was sentenced to 78 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release. Authorities state that Hodges violated the conditions of his release after attempting to falsify a mandatory drug test. Investigators allege that Hodges tried to substitute an unknown liquid for his own urine during the testing process. Although he was required to provide a second sample, which tested positive for cannabinoids, federal officials report that Hodges later admitted to using marijuana while under supervision. Hodges is described as being 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 250 pounds. He is bald with brown eyes and bears distinctive tattoos, including a rose on his upper right forearm and a cross on the underside of the same arm. His last known location was in Selma, Texas. The U.S. Marshals Service is urging the public to assist in locating Hodges. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the U.S. Marshals Service or the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force immediately.
