Authorities in Georgia are actively searching for Andrew Roy Harris, a 36-year-old man from Phenix City, who is wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of 35-year-old Nicole Karastury Elliott. The incident occurred on Monday afternoon in Waverly Hall, located within Harris County. Investigators responded to a 911 call shortly after 12:30 p.m. regarding an unresponsive woman in the front yard of a residence at 9306 Georgia Highway 208. Upon arrival, officers discovered Elliott deceased from an apparent single gunshot wound. A joint investigation conducted by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation determined that the victim was shot and killed during a domestic dispute with Harris.
