The incident took place in the parking lot of a 24-hour convenience store and gas station located in the 800 block of North High Street in Millville, Cumberland County. Both individuals, identified as 32-year-old Ashley Brown of Millville and 32-year-old Andy Steven Brazil of Vineland, died from their injuries at the scene. According to family members, the victims were seated inside a vehicle at the time of the shooting, with Brown in the driver's seat.
