Clovis Police have identified and issued an arrest warrant for 34-year-old David Leandrew Delhoyo in connection with a violent shooting incident. Delhoyo is wanted on charges of aggravated battery, classified as a third-degree felony. According to police reports, dispatchers received a call around 11:57 p.m. regarding a person suffering from a gunshot wound. Upon arrival, officers and emergency medical crews discovered a 30-year-old man lying in the roadway with multiple gunshot wounds to his abdomen. The victim was initially transported to Plains Regional Medical Center before being transferred to a hospital in Lubbock, Texas, where he remains in stable condition. Detectives from the Clovis Police Department are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
