Moorhead Police have identified and issued an arrest warrant for Timothy Lowseth, a 39-year-old man, in connection with a reckless driving incident that caused significant property damage. The suspect is currently at large, and officers are actively searching for him. Authorities are urging the public not to approach Lowseth if seen and to call 911 immediately upon spotting him. The incident occurred on the morning of July 30, just before 5 a.m., in a south Moorhead neighborhood. According to police, calls began reporting a vehicle driving recklessly through several yards in the area bounded by 15th and 20th Street South and 40th to 45th Avenue South, near Azool Hornbacher’s. The truck barreled through multiple properties, resulting in extensive damage to fences, lawns, garages, and other structures. Several homes were left with broken fences and damage to residential buildings. Officers later located the truck abandoned in the 1700 block of 43rd Avenue South. The vehicle was impounded, but the driver was not located at the scene. Lowseth remains the primary suspect in this property damage incident. Investigators are asking anyone with information regarding Lowseth’s whereabouts or other non-urgent details to contact the Red River Regional Dispatch Center’s non-emergency line at 701-451-7660. The case remains open as law enforcement continues its search for the suspect.
