The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office is actively seeking the public’s assistance in locating three individuals who remain at large on multiple serious criminal charges. As part of the agency’s ongoing “Wanted Wednesday” campaign, Sheriff Tim Soignet has identified these suspects as having outstanding arrest warrants. The first suspect is Tyaarian Zemar Queen, a 20-year-old resident of Thibodaux. Queen is wanted on four counts of attempted second-degree murder and illegal use of a weapon. These charges stem from a shooting investigation that dates back to June 2025. The second individual is Stephan Keith Smith, 27, of Houma. Smith is wanted for domestic abuse battery involving child endangerment and aggravated assault with a firearm. These charges are connected to a disturbance that was investigated in April 2025. The third suspect is Felipe Santiago Hernandez, 42, also of Houma. Hernandez is wanted for aggravated crimes against nature and two counts of first-degree rape. These charges are in connection with a Special Victims Unit investigation from June 2025. Sheriff Soignet urges anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Queen, Smith, or Hernandez to contact Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives immediately at 985-876-2500.
