The Boston Police Department is actively seeking the public's assistance in locating Marico Levy, a 17-year-old suspect from Aubrey, Texas, who is wanted in connection with a fatal stabbing incident at South Station. Authorities identified Levy as the suspect on Tuesday, nearly a week after the alleged crime occurred. The incident took place on an escalator at South Station’s Red Line stop during the busy evening rush hour. According to preliminary investigations, Levy and the victim, 29-year-old Latavius Owens of Memphis, Tennessee, were involved in a physical altercation. During the fight, Levy allegedly fatally stabbed Owens. Police responded to reports of an altercation and a stabbing to find Owens with at least one stab wound. He was subsequently rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Boston Police Department’s Homicide Unit is currently reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding the death. Marico Levy is described as a black male, standing 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The suspect is currently at large, and law enforcement officials are urging anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to come forward. The Boston Police Homicide Unit has established a tip line for the public to provide information.
