This announcement was made as part of the department’s ongoing “Wanted Wednesday” series, highlighting individuals with outstanding warrants for serious criminal offenses. The primary suspect identified is Tyaarian Zemar Queen, a 20-year-old resident of Thibodaux. Queen is wanted on four counts of Attempted Second-Degree Murder and Illegal Use of a Weapon, stemming from a shooting incident that occurred in June 2025. Authorities describe him as potentially dangerous and are urging the public to remain vigilant. Also sought is Stephan Keith Smith, 27, of Houma, who faces charges of Domestic Abuse Battery involving Child Endangerment and Aggravated Assault with a Firearm. These charges are linked to a disturbance incident that took place in April 2025. The third individual named in the release is Felipe Santiago Hernandez, 42, also of Houma. Hernandez is wanted for Aggravated Crimes Against Nature and two counts of First-Degree Rape, following a Special Victims Unit investigation initiated in June 2025. Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet has emphasized the severity of these crimes and the potential threat these individuals pose to community safety.
