Cisneros is charged with attempted murder of a police officer, assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats, and resisting an executive officer. The incident occurred on Saturday night in Southwest Fresno, where officers responded to a domestic disturbance near East Garrett Avenue and South Clara Avenue.
