Douglas has a significant criminal history, including eight prior arrests in Lee County for charges such as burglary, battery, grand theft, weapons offenses, and drug dealing. He is described as being 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds, and having several distinctive tattoos, including a cross on his right arm, the text "CP Boy" on his forearms, and "1994" across the front of his neck.
