The incident occurred early Thursday morning, August 20, 2026, just after 12:40 a.m. near the intersection of Delafield and Summit in Waukesha, Wisconsin. According to law enforcement reports, the suspect entered the establishment and confronted an employee who was working alone at the time. The individual brandished a firearm and demanded money from the registers. After taking an unspecified amount of cash, the suspect forced the employee into a back room and restrained them using zip ties before fleeing the scene.
