Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is asking the public to help identify a suspect linked to a robbery in Lynwood. The incident occurred on April 27 when a woman, identified as Vicki, was robbed in her front yard on Agnes Avenue. The suspect, described as a 16- to 18-year-old boy or young man standing 5-foot-10 and weighing 160 pounds, allegedly pushed her and stole a family heirloom necklace. Investigators report the suspect fled the scene in a possible white Buick Encore SUV. Ring camera footage from a neighbor captured the suspect near the victim’s home shortly after the attack. Authorities note the suspect typically wears a mask during similar robberies in the area. The Century Station is leading the investigation and urges residents to remain vigilant if wearing noticeable jewelry.
