The California Highway Patrol is actively searching for three individuals in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred on August 14, 2026, in Victorville, California. The primary suspect is Terry Lamar Easter, also known as Capone, who is wanted for his alleged role in the incident that resulted in the deaths of two teenage girls. Easter is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, approximately 145 pounds, with black hair and hazel eyes. He is considered armed and dangerous and has a $1 million warrant for his arrest. Authorities state that Easter allegedly fled the scene of the crash, leaving his 11-year-old son inside the vehicle. Two other individuals are also wanted in connection with the case. Madge Wells, Easter’s 74-year-old mother, is sought as an accessory to the crime. She is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, approximately 112 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, and faces a $50,000 warrant. Additionally, 45-year-old Ryan James Lewis, an associate of Easter, is wanted as an accessory and has a $30,000 warrant. Lewis is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, approximately 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The crash occurred around 8:34 p.m. on Ridgecrest Road and Elmwood Drive. It involved a collision between a yellow Chevrolet Camaro, a black Dodge Charger, and an Acura driven by 17-year-old Maddalyn G. Dailey. Dailey and her 16-year-old friend, Isabell Hill of Hesperia, were pronounced deceased at the scene. Another individual suffered critical injuries. While earlier logs suggested possible street racing, CHP has not confirmed this as the cause.
