The U.S. Marshals Service is actively seeking the arrest of Skyler Ray Brock, a 30-year-old man wanted for second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Authorities have declared Brock armed and dangerous and are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to his capture. The suspect is wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of Tony Camarillo, a local artist, on Colley Avenue in the Ghent neighborhood of Norfolk, Virginia. The incident occurred on August 12, when Camarillo was shot while walking with his girlfriend to a short film premiere at the Naro Cinema. Brock is identified as being from Seaford in York County. He is described as standing 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen in Seaford. Robert Bowers, Senior Inspector with the USMS Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force, indicated that there may be individuals locally who possess information regarding Brock’s whereabouts. The U.S. Marshals Service is urging anyone with knowledge of the suspect’s location to come forward. Information provided will remain confidential.
