The U.S. Marshals Service has announced a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Skyler Ray Brock, a 30-year-old man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in the Ghent neighborhood of Norfolk, Virginia. Brock is charged with second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Authorities describe him as standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 115 pounds. He has brown hair, green eyes, and a distinctive birthmark on the left side of his face. U.S. Marshals emphasize that Brock should be considered armed and dangerous. The incident occurred on the evening of August 12, when officers responded to a report of a gunshot victim on Colley Avenue near Spotswood Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered 31-year-old Tony Camarillo suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Camarillo, a filmmaker who was on his way to premiere a short film at the Naro Theater, was transported to a hospital where he later died from his injuries. Following the shooting, a shelter-in-place order was issued for Seaford, where Brock resides, on the morning of August 13. Although the order was later lifted, investigators initially believed Brock to still be in the Seaford area. The U.S. Marshals Service is urging the public to remain vigilant and to report any sightings or information regarding Brock's whereabouts.
