The incidents occurred over a three-week period in August 2026. The first incident took place on August 13, where the suspect allegedly stole packages from a building in the middle of the day. A week later, on August 18, the suspect attempted to steal multiple items, including a bicycle, but fled the scene without success. The final incident occurred on the evening of August 20 around 9:42 p.m., where the suspect broke into a building but did not steal anything. Police have released images of the suspect and are urging the public to come forward with any information that could aid in the investigation.
